Development acceleration is defined as "the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular project rapidly." We will be able to demonstrate the process of directing and controlling a project from start to finish, and it may be further divided into five basic phases:
PROJECT INITIATION: Our goal is to increase efficiency, improve processes, and make collaboration between the customers and us easy through the project life cycle. Formalize the process for initial RFQ or provide project proposals for customers with personalized forms. A project plan, project charter and/or project scope may be put in writing, outlining the work to be performed. During this phase, we will prioritize the project, reflect customers’ budget and schedule, and determine what resources are needed.
Scope & Budget / Project Schedule / Resource Planning
PROJECT PLANNING: Our advanced scheduling and resource management helps customers to visualize and develop a plan for successful project delivery. Baselines ensure us always to know when the plan changes. Resources' tasks are distributed, and teams are informed of responsibilities. This is an excellent time to bring up important project related information.
Status & Tracking / Issue & Risk Tracking
PROJECT EXECUTION: When our team is working on the project, our PM team manage and control every stage of the process. Checking project statuses helps us keep the workflow organized. Efficiently execute tasks and be proactive in addressing issues or risks during progress. Project managers will compare project status and advance to the actual plan, as resources perform the scheduled work. During this phase, project managers may need to adjust schedules or do what is necessary to keep the project on track.
Objectives / Quality Deliverables / Performance
PROJECT PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT: We will evaluate project performance & milestones with our customers. Get real-time insights about plans versus actuals to make sure all objectives and deliverables are met. All customers get instant visibility with our dynamic reporting and robust permissions.
PROJECT CLOSING: After project tasks are completed, and the customer has approved the outcome, an evaluation is necessary to highlight project success and/or learn from the project history. Projects and project management processes vary from industry to industry; however, we are utilizing more traditional elements of the project management skills with multi-dimensional interaction. The overarching goal is typically to offer a product, change a process, or to solve a problem in order to benefit the organization.
